There are a couple of things that people complain about this carpet shampooer. The first is that the reservoirs that hold water are really small. To do an average size room, you are probably going to have to change the water three or four times. Sure, you can look at this as a positive because you are going to be able to see the dirt, but it gets a bit annoying.
The second complaint is about the maintenance of the machine. If you don’t clean it out well after each use and make sure that you get all of the soap out of the lines, you are going to get leaks. It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to clean the machine, but it definitely needs to be done.
