There are messes in your house that you probably wouldn’t want to suck up with your vacuum cleaner, because you know that it wouldn’t be able to handle it. Would you really want to use your $500 vacuum cleaner to clean up a really big mess like oil spilled on a bunch of saw dust? [...]
Wet Dry Vacuum Reviews
Wet dry vacuum cleaners are your best alternative to the conventional vacuum cleaner when you need to clean both indoors or ourdoors.
The very first vacuum cleaners came before the start of the 20th century. These were large and to move them about, you had to have a horse and a carriage.
The hoses were all around the doors and the windows. Any dirt
that was inside the house was then sucked by the cleaner unit which was
located outside the home. It was powered by gas. The kind of vacuum
cleaner that we are familiar with came in 1902.
One problem that came with conventional vacuum cleaners though were liquid spills. This was because the bags inside the units were usually made of paper or of cloth. The liquid would just go through and there was a huge risk that the machine powering the unit would be damaged because of the liquid.
Wet dry vacuums became the answer. This type of vacuum cleaner has been designed so much so that the electric parts of the unit and the motor were protected well against any liquids so you can just go about cleaning your home.
