The Hoover WindTunnel + Cyclonic is an upright vacuum cleaner that is going to clean both your carpets and hard floors. When you are done cleaning, you just have to empty the dirt collector instead of messing with bags that are dirty and disgusting.

Not only are you going to get a lot of great attachments that are going to help you to clean places in your home that you never thought a vacuum cleaner could clean, but you are also going to find that the vacuum cleans your carpet really thoroughly because of the great suction.

If you have children, you know that you can’t vacuum during their nap times. Well, the WindTunnel + Cyclonic is going to be quieter than most vacuums so you might be able to get away with it.

Sure, it looks really big in the pictures, but you aren’t going the see the “full” line about a quarter of the way up the side of the canister. When it reaches that point, you are going to need to empty it (which can get a bit messy).

Another slight problem with this vacuum is that it is heavy. Weighing in at over 20 pounds, you might struggle with it on steps. If your steps are short enough, you can always use the extension wand to clean, but otherwise this machine is big and bulky.

If you want a bagless model and the Hoover is what you are going for, then the Hoover Windtunnel Cyclonic vacuum is going to be a pretty reasonable bet.

However, bagless Hoovers don’t have a great reputation like their bagged models do, so you are going to want to weigh the benefits of having a bagless model with the benefits of having a good, reliable Hoover with a dirt bag.

If you do decide to get another vacuum, the Dyson DC05 is a good choice to look into (although more expensive).
