How much are you willing to pay for a vacuum cleaner that is going to clean bare floors and carpet? If you are looking for a mid-range canister, the Electrolux EL 7055B Twin Clean Bagless Canister Vacuum is going to be a powerful option.
Canister vacuums are great because they are a lot easier to carry from the first floor to the second floor of a house, you can store them in a small area and they are simple to change attachments on.

A vacuum that cleans your carpet is going to be enough to get your vote, right? Well, the Electrolux Twin Clean Bagless Canister Vacuum has a lot of suction thanks to the 1440 watt motor.
Whether you are cleaning carpets or bare floors, you won’t have to worry because changing the cleaner is as easy as flipping a switch.
If you have different types of carpeting, shag in one room and a low-pile rug in the other room, you don’t have to do a thing, because the vacuum is going to adjust itself automatically to clean both types.
Cleaning where you want to is a lot easier to do with a canister vacuum. For one thing, you don’t have to guide a huge head under a bed or coffee table. With the EL 7055B, you are going to even be able to get under lower furniture.
“The power head lays almost completely flat and slides easily under beds, sofas and other furniture.”
When you purchase a vacuum that costs more than $300, you probably expect one that is going to last a long time.
Well, this Electrolux is built to last. You know you are getting a good machine because the extension wands are made of metal, so they will last a lot longer than those made out of plastic.
“All of the components are tough yet light. The hose is excellent and the telescopic part is made from aluminum, it’s very solid.”
Vacuuming should be comfortable to do, and the Twin Clean is going to be comfortable for users of any height because they are going to be able to adjust the height of the handle.
“It is ergonomically very friendly.”
Why do they call it the Twin Clean? It’s called that because of the two HEPA filters that are in the machine. When one of them gets dirty (and you will know because the “clean filter” light pops on), you just have to press a button and the new filter pops into place. You never have to touch the dirty filter with your hands.
For over $375 you probably expect the machine to be near perfect, right? Well, unfortunately you may not get that with the Twin Clean.
The problem with this machine is that it seems to have to spend a lot of time in the repair shop. Sure, you are covered by a two year warranty, but you probably don’t want to be away from it because it is getting repaired.
We have had it to the repair shop several times to deal with suction problems.
I made the mistake of leaving it plugged in overnight. I came home from work to find that it had stopped working.
Will This Electrolux Be The King Of Clean?
For nearly $400, you can definitely find a machine that it is better than the Electrolux Twin Clean. Although it has a 4 star rating on Amazon you are going to find that it isn’t as reliable as its price tag is high.
Instead, why not look into a Dyson upright, which is also bagless and is going to have a five year warranty.
